Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible for your data

The operator of jugomo.dev is the data controller. Contact through the contact form.

2. What data we collect

When you create an account we collect your email address and a bcrypt-hashed version of your password. We never store your password in plain text. When you use the contact form we collect your name, email or phone number, and the message you submit. We also log each page visit, recording the page path, timestamp, whether you are logged in (and if so your email), and your IP address for basic analytics and security purposes.

3. Why we collect it

Account data is used solely to authenticate you and grant access to restricted sections of this website. Contact form data is used to reply to your enquiry. Visit logs including IP addresses are used for basic traffic analytics and security purposes only. We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or third-party sharing.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (account registration) and on our legitimate interest in responding to contact enquiries and in logging visits for security and analytics (Art. 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR / LOPD-GDD). IP address logging does not require consent under this basis.

5. How long we keep it

Account data is kept for as long as your account is active. Contact form submissions are kept for up to 12 months. Visit logs are kept for up to 12 months. You may request deletion at any time.

6. Cookies

This site uses a single strictly necessary HTTP-only cookie ("auth-token") to maintain your login session. It expires after 7 days. No tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies are used. Because this cookie is strictly necessary no consent banner is required.

7. Third-party services

The site is hosted on Vercel (Vercel Inc., USA) and the database is provided by Neon (Neon Inc., USA). Both providers apply standard contractual clauses for international data transfers. No other third parties receive your data.

8. Your rights

Under GDPR / LOPD-GDD you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and port your data. You may also withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights contact us through the contact form. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (AEPD — aepd.es).
